We are from Shelbyville, Ky wanted to buy a home in seaside area because we bring our grandchildren there often. When we found Lynn she was wonderful, found homes for us to view in places we would never have found on our own. She worked very hard was so easy to work with, knew the area so well we could call her anytime with questions. We found the perfect house and are so happy it is now closed. We could not be at the closing but Lynn kept us up to date on everything that was happening. She worked for us on every level and we would recommend her highly. Lynn got us a list of the available properties that were for sale in the price range, type, and location we were interested in. The List was very detailed and helped eliminate the properties we were not interested in. We then met with her and viewed most of the properties on our list. Several were no available for viewing and after looking at their descriptions and pictures there were eliminated. My wife and I picked out one and asked Lynn for a list on Comparable units. We then put in an offer based on the Asking price and the comparable units. After which we settled on a price. Since this was a long distance purchase, Lynn made sure she pre-planned thoroughly before our showings to make efficient use of our time and energy. She has the expertise needed to really listen and tune in to her client's needs, likes & dislikes to match them with the perfect property. After we found that perfect condo, she was right there with us every step of the way. She also became a very important liaison between us and the lender (pre-qualifications) as well as the closing agent.
