Lynn Scharaga

Lynn is a Senior Executive with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. She began her association with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in 1998 with expertise in office, retail, industrial and tenant representation with negotiations for over 3.5 million square feet of properties sold and leased in the Chicago suburban market.
She has managed and developed successful strategic real estate programs to benefit her assignments with extensive experience in major account management, contract negotiations, sales, leasing, market analysis, space planning, proposals, Letter of intents, lease analysis and construction. Her expertise of market conditions is essential in implementing successful programs for leasing and sales assignments.
Lynn has managed and completed transactions with such companies as Franklin Covey, Swedish Covenant Hospital, First American Bank, New York Life, Baha i Temple, North Shore University Health Systems, and LifeSource Blood Services. Her wide range experience using many different real estate strategies representing both landlords and tenants provides a high level of representation on behalf of her clients.
