Working with Lynn was a great and pleasant experience despite these current, challenging market conditions! We were located in a different state when we started our search for a new home. This was a big concern for us as to how we could not only get it done, but get it done right. Working with Lynn made us feel that nothing was impossible or difficult! Not only was she able to find several options for us to see but got them all in with our somewhat limited time frame to search. With her professional and meticulous outlook, she helped steer us in the right direction.

Lynn did an amazing job helping us manage our search while we were located remotely by filtering only what was really good options for us, saving a lot of unnecessary travel and struggles. She didn't hesitate to take the initiative to add/remove houses from our list in case something popped up last minute (to better accommodate short time we had back then for visits). After all, with Lynn we did it with only one extra trip!

Lynn was supportive throughout this entire home buying process especially during the somewhat stressful parts! She was a constant guide from searching and selecting to the negotiation strategy. She also helped us a lot to find the right contractors for our different remodeling tasks, estimates, etc. (this was really helpful as we were new to the area).

We stay connected even after closing. She continues to be a referral source for us for things in general as we are brand new to the area and we are so glad that we met with her! We highly recommend Lynn!
