Lynn Thomas

A Richmond native, Lynn received a B.S. degree in Economics from V.C.U. after studying at Westhampton College in Richmond as well as L’Alliance Francaise in Paris, France. Being involved in her community is vital to Lynn's interpretation of success and is demonstrated in her involvement with the Sleepy Hollow Civic Association, the Sleepy Hollow Women' s Club, the Douglas Freeman P.T.A., involvement with the United Way, and especially in her "Make a Move...Make a Difference" program. This program is part of Lynn's business plan and involves donating 10% of her proceeds to the charity of her clients' choice when they engage her Real Estate services either as their listing agent or buyer's agent. Lynn is convinced that giving back to her community is a big part of her success. The Richmond Association of Realtors awarded Lynn with the A. Kenton Muhleman Scholarship Award for 2004 - an acknowledgement of her professionalism, knowledge, sales volume and community involvement. As Richmond's "Rookie of the Year" in 2004, Lynn has demonstrated what it takes to provide her clients with exceptional and professional service as well as a thorough knowledge of all the Richmond area has to offer.
