Lynn Waters

Lynn's roots are in Blount County! She feels that her knowledge of the area will assist you in selling or buying your home. Before her career of 25 years in real estate, she was in the banking industry for 16 years - specializing in qualified investments and financial planning. She is a licensed affiliate broker earned from the TN Real Estate Education System. Additionally, she is a graduate of the Realtor Institute of higher real estate learning, receiving an esteemed designation of GRI. She served two terms as President of the Blount County Chapter of the Knoxville Association of Realtors. She was voted Woman of the Year by the American Business Women in 2001 and Most Favorite Realtor by the Daily Times in 2006. She is a graduate of the 2005 Class of Leadership Blount. Lynn recently was a featured agent on the HGTV's House Hunters Show, spotlighting their beautiful county! Civically, she is active with the Blount County Animal Adoption Center and served on the board of the Historic Blount County Children's Home for 10 years. She is a long-time member of Clark's Grove Church where she serves as Elder and Board Session Clerk. Lynn's home is in Alcoa with her husband of 30 years. He coaches golf at Maryville College, after retiring from Blount County Schools. She LOVES the bountiful features of Blount County! She has often said, "You never want to leave Blount County, or if you do have to leave, you always want to come back!"
