Lynne Breed

A native of Asheville, North Carolina, Lynne moved to Boston in 1972 to work as a medical-surgical nurse at MGH. After completing a Masters' Degree in Nursing at BU, she worked in many hospitals, homes and schools and taught nursing in the North Shore area. She settled in Swampscott in 1975 with her husband, Rick, and moved to Marblehead in 1983 as they outgrew their family home with the arrival of their four children. Lynne made a career shift to real estate in 2002. Affiliated with the Carlson offices in Swampscott and Marblehead, she quickly found out that the common denominator between nursing and real estate was the personal and professional service that she could provide. She joined Harborside Realty in January 2009 after enjoying a great run as a top producing agent with Carlson until its closing in 2008. Lynne brings her enthusiasm, attention to detail and commitment to excellence into every transaction she negotiates. A firm believer in continuing education, she has attained her broker's license, CBR and GRI and CRS designation. Her long-standing knowledge and love of the community has given her much satisfaction and success in helping people find the perfect place to call home.
