While the extensive experience that Lynne has was a big factor in selecting Lynne but the way she handled the listing and sale of my In-laws house was great. My In-laws are in their mid-eighties with varying health issues and the empathy displayed by Lynne was very admirable. I can’t express in words how thankful we are to have Lynne as our realtor. Prior to Lynne we had a bad experience with another realtor and long story short everything fell through it just felt like our world was crashing down. Moving is stressful for any family but it was particularly hard for us with 2 babies and both of us working full time but somehow Lynne managed take the entire burden off our shoulders and made it seem easy. Most importantly it was the sense of security and comfort her and her team provided.

She guided us through the whole process and made sure to explain every step of the way. Trust was a big factor for us because of the bad experience we had with past agents but never once did we doubt Lynne. Her knowledge of the process and the market is incredible. There wasn’t a situation or obstacle she didn’t have an answer to. She has an amazing team backing her and a vast network for just about everything.

We never told her but when we first started with Lynne we did some research… We were shocked to see the type properties she had sold/bought because some of them were in the millions! So we figured our small 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was insignificant compare to the properties she typically deals with but never once did she give us that impression. In fact you would think we were selling a multi-million dollar home for the level of care and service she provided. It didn’t matter what time, weekend, holiday, or how short of a notice we gave her. She always made time for us. In fact that’s how we found our future home and thank god she is our agent for that as well.
In summary, Lynne has been the best agent we ever had the pleasure to work with. She is our lifesaver and the only agent I would recommend to my family and friends.

It is always very hard and a difficult decision when it comes time to sell your home. My husband and I were both anxious and to be honest a little fearful. Not only were we going to sell our home of the past 30 years but we were also going to downsize. After the decision was made to move forward the hard part showed up. Who do we use as a real estate agent?
We decided to interview 3 realtors and make a decision after this process. We looked in various advertising venues and came up with our list of three. OK now we are going to have to pick one.
The first interview was with Lynne Kelleher. After two hours on a Sunday afternoon in late August we were finished with our first interview. My wife and I looked at each other and we both had made the same decision, there is no point in interviewing anyone else.
Lynne was a true professional. She made us feel comfortable, she impressed us with her knowledge of the market, and more importantly explained how she was going to market the property. She made recommendations on some minor changes to make the house show better. OK now we were ready to put it on the market.
Pictures taken and uploaded to the internet. Here we go. After 4 days on the market we accepted an offer and the house was sold.
Lynne set up all the closing details, gave us some help with moving and packing and as easy as that we were on our way.
Lynne made this major decision in our lives that easy. We would just like to tell her at this time how grateful we are and to thank her for a job well done.

The professionalism and service plus “emotional” support you provided Mary and I was priceless. Can’t squeeze that in a minute.
While we’ve purchased properties 3 times over the past 30 years, they were all via corporate moves. I had very little idea what to expect now without that corporate support. Lynne, you made it nearly painless. (I said “nearly” because my concerns regarding getting into another mortgage as a now “senior” kept me up some nights) But, your positive attitude and can-do made it worthwhile.

Lynne Kelleher was an absolutely godsend when it came to selling our house and buying the next one. In the initial walk through of our house, she was very honest and direct about what improvements we should make that would help the sale, and was very fair about the market value she thought we'd get from the house. We ended up listing the house in March 2020...3 days before the state shut down due to the Coronavirus. Lynne was an absolute professional and kept us calm in these very uncertain times. While it may have taken a bit longer to sell than we had planned and a minimal decrease to the sale price, we still sold near the top of the market, and she made the entire process a breeze.

As if selling during the shutdown wasn't tricky enough, we were trying to buy also! Luckily enough, we had found a house we loved on our own, but Lynne kept constant contact with the sellers through the uncertainty of our current home sale, and in the end she was able to negotiate an even better price on our dream home. To top that off, she even managed to make the closing for both homes on the same date - she really can work magic!

All of that to say, if you are looking to buy or sell your home, Lynne is the best realtor in the area, hands down! Beyond a doubt I very highly recommend Lynne!!!! She not only was an amazing real estate professional but she was a wonderful friend during a very difficult time for me. Getting my house to market was complicated by the fact that I don’t live in the house; I live almost an hour away from it but Lynne made it such that I only had to make 1 trip to that house to meet her...she took care of everything. I barely had to lift a finger during the sale of my house. She facilitated securing painters, flooring professionals, cleaning crew, yard cleanup, and more (the house had been rented for 5 years prior so it needed some sprucing up)!...she even found a buyer for a wood chipper I needed to get rid of and put trash out to the curb on more then one occasion for me.

I had several offers, some that were even over asking, the day after my house went on the market and ended up accepting an offer within 48 hours of the listing going live. And all this way done during the COVID-19 pandemic!

It’s tough to impress me as I often feel like people just don’t care to do their job very well these days but Lynne blew me away with her just plain awesomeness (not sure if that’s an actual word, lol, but it seriously best describes her). She even played the role of therapist to me during a time where emotions ran very high for me.

On closing day I came home to find a beautiful floral arrangement she sent to me. My mom and I both agreed that we should be sending the flowers to Lynne because she was that amazing. I seriously can’t recommend her more. ❤️😍🥰

Lynne was exceptional in every way possible! Her professionalism surpassed all of our expectations. She began as our realtor and soon became our friend. After 3 months with another realtor getting only a few showings on the home we listed and no feedback on our offer to purchase our dream home we contacted Lynne from a solid referral of a friend. Lynne brought buyers from her network getting us showings immediately and more importantly got our home sold in the first 30 days. Additionally she drove our offer on the new home through, negotiating on our behalf and for not a penny more than we initially offered. This was our 5th home purchase and 4th home sale in 15 years. Some of the realtors I've dealt with were not the greatest, some I considered excellent. Lynne is simply exceptional, setting a new bar for what I'd expect from a professional realtor. I couldn't offer a higher recommendation. Save your time and contact her first.

Lynne was so patient with us as we were going through our lengthy house hunting process. She listened to our needs and wants and matched us up with homes accordingly. She is very client focused and because of her experience she pointed things out to us that we necessarily would not have considered. She has an in depth knowledge of neighborhoods, school districts, etc. We still reach out to Lynne for recommendations on all things local and she is very prompt in her response. Overall she is a pleasure to work with!
