About Lynnette

Lynnette has been a Florida resident since 1991 and a full-time REALTOR®/Broker since 1997. She loves living and playing on the beautiful waterways of Brevard County. Therefore, if clients need to know what fish they can catch (and where to catch them), what the water depths and bridge restrictions are, or which waterfront communities offer the best access to offshore fishing, Lynnette is the REALTOR®/Broker who has the answers to all those questions!

Lynette and the team pride themselves in being an office where every Realtor is well acquainted with the waterways, school system, beach communities, economic development, and all aspects of residential real estate sales.

Lynnette enjoys living on Merritt Island with her husband and two dogs. She has raised her son and daughter and now has three grandchildren who she loves visiting and spending time with. Having grown up in Maine, she enjoys going back to visit.

Selling a home from out of state can be stressful, but working with Lynnette Hendricks at Florida East Coast Real Estate made the entire process smooth and worry-free. She came highly recommended to us by other Realtors and local property managers, and she truly lived up to that reputation. From the very beginning, she was proactive, professional, and always one step ahead.

Lynnette kept us constantly informed, was always prompt with her communication, and handled all the local details we couldn’t be there for. She also went above and beyond her typical Realtor duties — when last-minute maintenance items came up, she personally arranged and hired trusted professionals to ensure the work was done correctly and on time.

What stood out the most was her integrity and commitment to protecting our best interests while keeping the process moving forward. Even though we were hundreds of miles away, we felt completely confident knowing she was representing us on the ground.
