I am an investor and I purchase from auctions, courthouse sales etc. I have known Lynnie for at least 10 years and have probably used him at least 20 times when agent was necessary in completing a purchase. He has also been my agent of choice when selling properties. I am not sure how many sales he has been involved in for me but guessing some 25 to 30 sales
