Maci Chance is a Denver Metro REALTOR® with Live Laugh Colorado Real Estate Group, serving Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, and the South Denver Metro area. Licensed since 2020, Maci also brings four years of prior experience as the Chief Operating Officer of a real estate company, giving her clients a strategic, well-organized approach to buying and selling homes.

Maci has closed more than $29 million in real estate sales across 42 transactions, primarily working in the $700,000–$1.2 million price range.
