First time working with a realtor. I wasn’t sure if this was the route I wanted to take. The outcome changed my mind. Maciel knew what she was doing and was able to direct me every step of the way. Maciel worked all my request into the closing. The house was pending sale the first week above asking price!! I am more than happy with the outcome. I worry about everything but this was painless. My husband and I are new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Maciel was professional and personal! She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! She is thorough and professional and great to work with and she’d always let us know as soon as a new property came on the market. Maciel was amazing! As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and unsure on what needed to be done. When I tell you Maciel is the best I’m not making this up! I had a realtor and we were getting outbid on several properties or wasn’t responsive and aggressive in showing houses. Well I switched to Maciel and from day one she was spot on! She’s a shark! She can help you get the house you want and negotiate! In the crazy market we’re in everyone is paying over asking price! We ended u getting a house under asking price plus credit towards closing! She has been responsive, attentive, helpful she’s done it all! I can’t stress to you enough how thankful I am for Maciel and her services! We were on a tight time frame due to be renting so I was scared I’d stay without a house! But nope she made it happen! Don’t look any further she’s the best there is she’s extremely knowledgeable!!!
