Having moved to the area in 1957, Madaline has deep roots in the vibrant and close-knit coastal community of Brevard County. She worked to build her own custom home in the 1980s, and found that often builders and contractors could build a house- but she learned how to build a truly remarkable home. Armed with that knowledge and experience, she became a state certified residential contractor in 1989, designing and building over 70 custom homes for discerning clients in the Brevard area.
In this work no task was too big, or too small-- from working with architects to ensure that houses functioned for busy families and managing dozens of contractors to sweeping the work site and carrying off trash each night, she was meticulous in ensuring that clients were happy both with the product and the process.
She quickly gained a reputation for exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to quality. Her knowledge of construction and the building community are unique traits-- that can be put to work in envisioning remodeling efforts on existing homes or in working with development companies to design your own dream home.
After years on the job site, Madaline took her skills to home sales. She worked for 10 years in sales for one of the largest home builders in the state, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, where she helped clients envision and build their own custom homes. She also showcased custom model houses in the exclusive communities of Baytree and Viera with James P. Thornton Homes, Inc. where she led the state in sales for years as a top producer.
During the last several years, Madaline has been a top-performing Realtor with RE/MAX where she works tirelessly to help connect buyers and sellers in the exquisite neighborhoods of coastal Florida. She has again proven her reputation for customer service and honest brokering as she has become one of the preferred real estate and relocation professionals for Health First physicians, Boeing and Rockwell employees, and for Northern-based clients moving toFlorida for our warm weather and sunny skies. While Madaline knows building codes, neighborhoods, and real estate contracts -- what she really excels at is listening, and getting to know, her clients.
