Maddison Scoggins

As a property manager, Maddison manages residential, retail, office, and industrial properties. When she works with clients on leasing partnerships, her aim is always to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships that create long-term tenants.

After obtaining a degree in communications from the University of Louisville, Maddison attended the University of Missouri - St. Louis to complete her master’s degree in elementary education. Prior to joining Savoy, Maddison was a residential and commercial property manager for five years in Illinois, overseeing over 350 tenants and 2.5 million square feet of commercial property. Maddison’s vast work experience ranging from customer service, sales, business, and project management has created a diverse perspective that she now applies to all areas of work.

Maddison and her husband live in the Central West End where she is president of the Maryland Plaza Condo Association and has served on the board for two years. Maddison joined the associate board of Boys Hope Girls Hope in 2020.
