Madeline Jobst

Madeline Jobst is a fifth-generation Dallasite who has been selling homes for more than thirty-five years. Her reputation for excellence has been achieved through her in-depth knowledge of the markets she serves and her superb service to her devoted clients.

Madeline has been among the top producers in her company for the past thirty years and has been named one of D Magazine's Best Real Estate Agents in Dallas. Her vital interest in the growth of the city as well as her good design sense and love of architecture have put her at the top of her industry. Madeline has a client list of high net worth individuals who often buy and sell 'off market' properties that she is able to find through her keen knowledge of the markets and her vast network of friends and clients.

In 2017 Madeline and her colleague Ralph Randall made the decision to form the Jobst Randall Group at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. With their combined expertise, years of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for what they do, they are enjoying even greater success in the industry.

Madeline is a charter member of Masters of Residential Real Estate, the elite networking group of just twenty-five Realtors who specialize in luxury properties. She has the Historic House Specialist Designation from Preservation Dallas and is a newly elected Trustee and Board member of the Dallas Historical Society.

When Madeline isn’t selling homes, she is a tireless fundraiser for the SPCA of Texas. She has been the leading individual fundraiser for the Annual Strut Your Mutt event for the past eleven years. She was the recipient of the Spencer Humanitarian Award for her dedication to the welfare of animals in 2011.

A Highland Park native, Madeline attended the University of Texas at Austin and then returned to Dallas to begin a successful real estate career. She is currently a resident of Greenway Parks, where she lives with her two rescue dogs, Ruby and Penelope. She is active in her neighborhood association and has sold many homes for her friends and neighbors.

The neighborhoods of Highland Park, University Park, Greenway Parks, Bluffview, Preston Hollow, Uptown, Downtown and Kessler Park are Madeline's areas of expertise. Madeline has had the good fortune to have an excellent referral business during her career.
