Madeline Richards

Madeline, a Vermont native, first joined Pomerleau in September 2017 as a residential and commercial property manager. Over the course of seven years, she took various roles within the company across several divisions including Property Management, Operations and Marketing.

In 2024, Madeline earned her real estate salesperson license and expanded her focus to include commercial brokerage. Her broad experience and in-depth understanding of the industry make her a key member of the Pomerleau team.

Today, Madeline oversees all company marketing initiatives, manages the Third-Party Property Management team and works closely with tenants and clients alike to ensure the best results when buying, selling, or leasing.
