After talking to Madison and learning from her about pre-qualification and home buying basics we knew we were prepared. Madison is not only a great realtor- in one day we found our perfect home because she took time to get to know us and what we were looking for- she's also incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to make a complicated process understandable and approachable. If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I had been interested in buying another property for the last 2 years or so and had always been in contact with Madison on the loan process, she has been so helpful throughout this time always looking at our documents and helping get us the best interest rate possible!

In the last month, we went and looked at a few houses with her and were so impressed With her responsiveness and attentiveness to our needs! Having Madison represent us on the loan and the purchase of the house made our life 100x easier! Her communication alone deserves 10 stars! She always kept us informed and my husband and I have told so many people about our experience already!

We saw a house listed on Sunday night, she scheduled us to see it Monday morning, and by Tuesday we were in contract UNDER ASKING on a house that checked every box we wanted!

Highly recommend if you are in need of someone who is very reliable, responsive and has great negotiation skills
