So, my wife and I had perhaps a unique situation; the youngest is off to school, we wanted to down size AND..........we needed a large driveway with an outbuilding/detached garage for my business of 31 years. We wanted to be in the midst of my client base. The house Madison got us into was 100% PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Funny thing; AS SOON as it became available, Madison had us come look and it was late evening where she was settled in for the evening. Jammie sweats and all didn't stop her from getting us in for a showing. We bought right at the end of the rush where you only had a couple of hours to put an offer in........if you were lucky enough to not have someone buy it right out from under you. Had Madison not been that 'ready to roll'.........we might still be looking! What Madison does so well.....that I wish we ALL did as a society........she 'DWSSSWD"!! (she 'does what she says she will do'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)!!!!!! Hard to find these days.

I recently purchased a condo through Berkshire Hathaway Inc. I was extremely lucky to have Madison Schukay as my agent, especially since this was her first sale.

Madison was there to hold my hand the entire way spending hours determining exactly what I wanted in my new property. Every time we reviewed a property Madison would perform a methodical inspection, looking for problems and commenting on the quality of the appliances and construction.
