Madison recently helped us purchase a home. From the start she went out of her way to answer our questions, obtain information for us, and help in any way she could. She continues to help us, even after closing. Another thing that we really appreciate, is that Madison always responds promptly to our messages. Not everyone does that! Great experience! Maddison was extremely helpful in finding us our home! She walked us through every step of the buying process and was incredibly caring every step of the way. As an out of state buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to be working with. She even went above and beyond by helping remove some debris that was left by the sellers in the backyard after closing.

Madison took me on as a client while I was cross country, very brave! She was very flexible with doing video walk throughs of showings and even took the time difference into consideration. She’s a great communicator and manages to get back to you in a timely fashion. Not to mention she helped me out with writing a good offer with her expertise and got my family our dream home. I will always recommend Madison Sherwood! My husband and I were very nervous as first time buyers and Madison made us feel extremely comfortable with our decision. She gracefully walked us through the process and made everything so easy for us. We most importantly appreciated her patience. She listened and answered every single question we had and she gave us so much important insight that we didn’t know. She was never disappointed when we didn’t end up liking a particular house and she worked her hardest to help us find our perfect fit. We are so happy with our new house and everything Madison so graciously did for us.

Madison was absolutely amazing to work with. After a horrible experience the year prior with a different realtor, we couldn’t have been any happier. We used Madison to help sell our home. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. We had to move by a specific date, and so we wanted make sure the house was sold by then, and she was able to make it happen. We moved in our new place (same city) and signed at closing the very next day to ensure we had enough time to move and clean for the buyers. It was very smooth. (We even locked ourselves out of our house one night, and she drove to unlock the lock box so we could get our spare key). Just phenomenal! Absolutely will recommend her as a realtor to everyone!

We sold our first home through Madison. We had never went through that process before, so we had so many questions. She answered our questions, and if we didn’t fully understand she would answer it in a different way making sure we did understand. She was extremely patient with us. We were already living out of state, and of course had some bumps in the road but she was on top of everything helping us as much as possible and making sure our house sold. I’m so glad we chose Madison as our realtor!

My wife and I recently bought our first home and as daunting as the experience was we couldn’t have chosen a better professional than Maddison! superseded our expectations She was patient and very communicative through the whole process. She made us feel like a life long friend. Even when we closed on the home the attorney claimed that he had never witnessed a contract in the buyers favor as ours and we owe it all to her. We can’t recommend or say enough good things about her.
