We've known Mady and her husband for many years but for sometime we did not have much contact. They called me one day to cater a party at their home and I found out that Mady had become a realtor. I had been considering buying a house but not immediately, but since she was now in the business of selling properties I saw an opportunity. I told Mady to help us find one and she said sure! It was may first time buying a house and the process can be a bit long and complex. The reason I'm so glad I came across Mady at the right time is because she made it so easy. I was pre-qualified in a week for the amount to borrow. Mady then called me to go look for houses and we did. She even came to pick us up in her own car. Mady had previously sent me listings of properties within my budget and location we were looking for, so we looked at like 5 or 6 house sin one day. There was no need to go look at more houses because the very first house we saw was the one we loved and ended up buying. We gave her the green light. She put in an offer which the seller accepted and in less than 40 days we had the keys in our hands. Now we were lucky to find a house in only one day and that most likely will not be the case with everyone. But that is one of the many reasons I recommend Mady. She insisted and was more than willing to keep going out looking for other options with us. But we told her that there was no need because we were sure that we had found our future home.
Mady is the type of realtor you wanna deal with. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She will explain everything in detail to you and if you're a first time buyer like me, that is extremely important. Let me tell you.
