Maegan is a stellar agent, who works hard for all of her clients. She made me and my husband feel like we were a priority at all times, making sure our questions were answered and we knew the options available to us at all times. She was so patient with us throughout the home-buying process. Being first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was ready to answer every one. If she didn't have the answer, she'd search until she found it. She let us make our own decisions on our own time and gave advice when we asked for it. Her expertise helped us find the perfect home, and we're so grateful we had the chance to work with her!

One thing we both agreed on is that when we were looking for a realtor we wanted someone who was “genuine and real”, and maegan is that and so much more. Maegan is a wonderful realtor to work with. She gives a complete step-by-step process on how she will represent not just your home but you as her clients. She will give her suggestions on how best to stage your home, from suggesting to remove that delicate china (so little hands won't be tempted to touch it), to removing the waste basket out of your photos. Should you start feeling anxious about any aspect; call her, she will talk you through it in a pleasant manner and help you feel back on track again.

Maegan is an amazing Realtor! She is so responsive that I always figured we were her only clients, until about 5 weeks into our search when she had to run for another showing (she admitted to having several actively searching clients)! If you call, she answers. If you text, she replies (often within moments). She understands the market and will do her best to guide you into an offer that will win (or at the very least be in the running each time).

Nothing is worse than a Realtor that you don't feel is working for you, that is not the case when you work with Maegan!

I finally closed on the 20th property I viewed and 3rd offer I placed—so that explains her patience with me!
