We were looking for an agent to assist us in our relocation from California to Tennessee. Magda was highly recommended to us and from our first phone call to viewing houses it was clear that her goal was to exceed our expectations! Magda is a terrific communicator plus she's down-to-earth while getting business handled in a straight forward and professional manner. She takes the time to understand the requirements and is happy to support the buyer through identifying needs and wants in a new home. She wastes no time with pretense and supports keeping the house search on track by asking the right questions. She understands relocating is stressful, time consuming, and energy draining as she has relocated several times including cross country moves. As a result of her experience she was uniquely qualified to assist us in our relocation. Although she is a newer agent and new to the Middle Tennessee area, her breadth of business experience is brought to bear and she works hard to make sure your needs are met! I met Magda Pierce through a listing I inquired about on the internet. She was very prompt in responding to my interest in the property and provided some very helpful and thorough information. She made herself very available for a meeting to get the ball rolling. Although I did not end up buying this property, the relationship that began on the first day I met her compelled me to stick with her as my agent selling and buying agent. She continued to be available when we had a question or when we needed her to schedule a showing for another property that we were interested in. Magda's availability and promptness is what impressed me most about her. Also, the simple fact that the home she listed for us sold on the second day made her a Rock Star in our book! After numerous showings we finally found the perfect house and as we are quickly approaching the closing dates on the home that we are selling and the one that we are buying, Magda continues to be very prompt and helpful! While her professional skills and presentation are obvious, her down to earth and approachable personality are also an added bonus which helped make our experience with her during this stressful time very enjoyable!

We chose to go with Magda as our realtor because she was new to the business and not jaded as we had had experience with other realtors. Her personality was very down to earth and open to what we wanted as customers. She never pushed us to look at anything outside of what we desired for our home and was extremely patient with us when we took our time finding the right place. We would recommend Magda to anyone who is looking for a home and wants someone who is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and fun at the same time.
