As managing broker and owner of Cobalt Premier Properties, Maik brings a lot of strengths to his team. Growing up in Middle Tennessee, Maik knows his way around the Nashville area and has a passion for the area. Raising his children in Williamson County with a school-teacher wife has given him insight into the school system, places of interest, and community happenings. Maik’s 15-year career in logistics allow him to bring expertise to his contract negotiations and financial aspects of each real estate transaction.

He professionally prepares each of his clients for their closing to make it as stress-free as possible and avoid any delays.
