Malinda has completed the Leadership Garland program affiliated with the Garland Chamber of Commerce, the Leadership Richardson Program affiliated with the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, Citizens Police Academy with the Garland Police Department, Past Board of Directors of The New Beginning Center, and the Alumni Association of Texas Tech University. Malinda and her husband, Keith Howell are excited about the growth in the area.
