Malka Shulman is an amazing realtor and will go the extra mile to make sure her clients are 1005 satisfied. As we all know the housing market in Atlanta has low inventory and goes fast. Anytime a house was listed, Malka would send me the listing information and within hours we would go and view the house. She has written several offer up on multiple house, but I was always out priced. I was starting to think this home buying dream was not going to happen. Malka never gave up, finally she found a house in the area of town I wanted and in my price range. Malka is very knowledgeable and will be open and honest, a straight shooter. She truly wants her clients to be happy with their purchase and is not the type of realtor pushing to close, so she can make a profit! Malka also knows reliable home inspectors and set me up with an incredible mortgage lender that was fast and thorough. Once the house was inspected we had several major issues to negotiate with the seller. This took a lot of back and forth, but Malka was always there for me and did not back down! Malka Shulman is an amazing realtor that will go the extra mile for her clients. I highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a home!

Malka really went above and beyond to help me find my first home. I did not know much about what I was doing so she made it so easy and comfortable. She knew a lot of details when we visited other homes and could right away see if there was a problem or not. Those things made me feel really good, safe and trusting. She was so informative and answered every question and every call that I had. I most definitely recommend Malka Shulman to anyone interested in purchasing a home!
