Mallory specializes in short term rental investment properties and fixer-uppers. She has over 4 years of experience managing short term rental investment property, and 15 years of experience with remodeling and design work. This has given Mallory the tools to assist her clients in making decisions that far exceed simply picking out a home they love. She knows the ends and outs of what you need to start your STR investment and will help you along the way, even after closing. With over $4M in sales her first full year of real estate, over half of those sales were investments for her clients.

With a bachelor's in Art and a background in design, she has an eye for what makes a house a home. This ability and vision allow her to set your home up for success in the selling world. She thrives in comfortable spaces that allow her to sit back, relax, and breathe. Her eye for design also gives her the ability to see potential in old homes that simply need a little TLC.

Since graduating college, she has lived in 6 states spanning from coast to coast. This experience has opened her eyes to all types of home styles and design types. Traveling has always been an adventure for her, but her favorite part is all the amazing people she has met along the way.
