About Mandi

Although they share the same last name, Lori and Mandi are not related. They met at Ogden High School, where Lori was Mandi’s debate coach. Lori lovingly refers to Mandi as one of her debate “all stars.” The two made a strong connection during that time, and Mandi was soon hired as the nanny for Lori’s three children. Lori chose to move on from teaching and took a listing coordinator position, to work with a friend at a Coldwell Banker® office. When she realized her penchant for real estate, she got her license. Not long after that, she offered Mandi a job as her assistant. Like her mentor, Mandi soon discovered her knack for the industry and earned her license as soon as she turned 21. For about five years, Lori and Mandi worked successfully as colleagues on the same team. It wasn’t long before the two friends began discussing the idea of working as partners of their own team. Given their deep ties, the two women are more Like a family; and their seamless partnership reflects that.

Both Lori and Mandi enjoy everything about their surroundings – the mountains, the recreation and the people. Their passion for their business shines in all they do. The two sincerely care about people, and one of their biggest joys is that most of their clients become dear friends. Their team motto is an assurance: “we do what we say we are going to do.” They believe that even if they sell your home and you don’t tell five friends that you are happy, then they have not done their job.
