With over 14 years of experience in real estate, I have handled it all; from multi-million dollar, historic beach-front properties in Hawaii, to the basic fixer upper in the City of Spokane, and everything in between.
My personal mantra is “integrity and excellence in all things”; while my work ethic, integrity and diligence provides my clients with real estate experiences beyond their expectations.
After growing up in the Spokane Valley, I attended Mesa State College on an academic and softball scholarship where I obtained a BA in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Mesa State College. After college I returned to Spokane to work as a deputy Sheriff for Spokane County and then a firefighter for Spokane County Fire District #10. In 2003, I moved to Hawaii and shortly after began my Real Estate career. I spent nine years with the State’s largest real estate firm, Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, earning numerous awards and designations, including the industry’s most prestigious “Aloha Aina Award” and “International Diamond Society” award. During this time, I developed long lasting relationships with my clients, and gained a wealth of experience in remodeling, flipping, investing, renting, occupying, and managing my own personal properties.
In 2013, I returned to Spokane after starting my own brokerage, Live Real Estate, with 12 other knowledgeable and experienced individuals. That opportunity allowed me to return to my family, long-time friends, and the Pacific Northwest that I love! The experience I had with a large brokerage in Hawaii and a small Independent brokerage in Spokane, I bring those experiences with me to Berkshire Hathaway. Spokane is the perfect central location to access all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, camping, softball, soccer, traveling and volunteering are just a few of the activities my husband and I enjoy.
