We sold our house in Michigan and came to Arkansas and were looking for a house while living in our camper at an rv park. We contacted Mandy to see one of her listings. That house didn't work for us but Mandy listened, I mean really listened, to what we were looking for and continued to look for houses for us. All while we weren't under contract with her. She impressed us so much that we hired her! We couldn't have been happier! Thanks Mandy!!!

Mandy Ledbetter is the best realtor in Arkansas!!! We just bought a house in Arkansas while we were living in Texas. Mandy sent us new listings and made sure we saw everything that was on the market that fit our needs. When we made trips into Arkansas to look at houses she made sure to maximize our time looking at the houses we wanted to see. Mandy was there for us through the entire process!

Mandy was GREAT! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! She helped with every tiny step. Very knowledgeable and always made sure we had answers to all questions by the end of the day. Mandy went out of her way when I was put on bed rest for high blood pressure, to keep the process going and getting all the information and documents submitted. She stepped up and helped in a major way when she didn’t have to. If ever bought another home, I would choose Mandy again to help with the process.
