MANDY RAPS

Mandy is a GRI certified REALTOR® and native of Southeast Texas with unique global experience. Mandy has lived and worked internationally and earned her first Estate Agent license with commendation in Hong Kong, where she worked primarily in corporate expatriate relocations with multi-national companies. Additionally, she lived in Japan, Australia, and Papua New Guinea. Mandy was also a Certified Interior Decorator and partner in a full-service home furnishings and design business that catered to the lake and lodge lifestyle of Northern Minnesota. She has adopted a “glocal” approach to business, combining an intimate local knowledge of southeast Texas with experience serving a multi-cultural clientele.

Mandy is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and Lamar University where she earned a BA, Psychology and MS, Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She understands the buying and selling process and strives to deliver white glove service grounded in market research, clear communication, and diligence from start to finish. Mandy has three sons and two Labradors, Duke, and Maura. Mandy enjoys sharing all that Southeast Texas has to offer and helping people just like you find their perfect place to call home.
