We recently relocated to Grand Junction and our friends recommended Mandy Rush to handle our real estate needs. We are so glad they did!

As a Grand Junction native, Mandy’s extensive knowledge about all parts of Mesa County, as well as Montrose and Delta, was invaluable. Seeing homes in these local cities and towns provided great insight and clarification on what area was right for us. She educated us on things common to Mesa County (irrigation, soil conditions, etc.), which helped us prepare for our new chapter here. She made a deliberate effort to understand what we were looking for in a house/property. She wanted our feedback after each showing in order to get a solid grasp on our wish list and she was very patient when we weren't sure of those wants and needs ourselves!

We just completed the process of buying and selling home, and Mandy was with us through it all! We cannot thank her enough for the incredible work she did to make all of this happen. We had some pretty major bumps in our journey, but I can honestly say that Mandy was the single factor that helped us close the deal on the home we had been dreaming of.
