About Mandy

Mandy was born in Sacramento and moved to Elk Grove at two months old. She is a product of the Elk Grove Unified School District and graduated from Elk Grove High School. She received her B.A. in Women's Studies with a minor in Sport's Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara. After graduating, she established a career in sales and marketing in Los Angeles. Mandy returned to her roots in Elk Grove and married fellow Realtor Brandon Shepard. She joined forces and partnered with Brandon in the real estate world. After establishing herself as a full-time Realtor, Mandy decided it was time to pursue her dreams of becoming a broker and owning her own company to better serve her clients. This is when The Residence Real Estate Group was born.

Mandy and Brandon have two extraordinary and active daughters, Stella and Sierra, that keep life moving. Mandy is also a local soccer coach and school volunteer, but she knows to keep balance by traveling, dining, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Giving back to the community is essential to Mandy. She is a Master’s Club Member and a financial supporter of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS Charitable Foundation, Scholarship Foundation, and other local charities that are personal to her independent of the real estate spectrum.
