Manju helped me to rent my property recently. He was thorough and professional from begining to end by giving me recommendations to update property before listing for rent, during the tenant screening process and finally in execution of lease agreement. He went over and above his responsibilities; when I was out of town he worked with previous tenant to do walk through and collect keys, worked with contractor to get the house painted. I whole heartedly recommend Manju for your real-estate needs.
