Manny sold our condo really quickly for an excellent price. He was supportive and helpful throughout the process which was very important to us as we were in the UK while the sale was progressing. He set us up so that handling and approving documents electronically was very easy. We were present for the closing which went very smoothly with Manny ensuring that we understood all the steps of the process - we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and with Manny.

I have both purchased and sold a home using Manny's services. I can't say enough good things about him and his service! He was patient throughout the buying process and was a great advocate for our needs. He communicates well and is easy to reach at all times! This is so important in a realtor. 5 years later we chose him to sell our home. He kept in touch with us throughout those 5 years and was a clear choice in our mind. We made an appointment and he came the next day. Pictures were taken within days and my home was listed. Our home sold in less than 48 hours! The selling process was absolutely seamless!
