Manny Carlos is a incredible person before he is an incredible realtor, his demeanor, attention and willingness to take care of my family and I during our move back down to Sacramento is something that led to us finding the perfect house for us!

His communication and insight between my wife and myself was outstanding through the entire process from the initial meeting and he carried that attention through the day he handed us our keys, our family was living out of suitcases frantically looking at what felt like hundreds of homes a week, but Manny was generous with his time and my children all really took to him and he became an extension of our family.

When it came to offers, negotiations and ensuring we were protected with warrantees and inspections, he kept us informed and provided us with realistic and professional insight that helped get us the house we wanted. His relationships within the community and real estate market made us feel like we had an unfair edge in the market and really allowed us to nail down the house we wanted with speed and his team along with our awesome mortgage broker, led to us closing in just 17 days! Cannot thank Manny and his team enough. And we look forward to the day we get to reach out to him again!

We met Manny just by chance at a home he was showing another one of his clients. What a stoke of luck. There is not one thing he could have done differently to make our home buying experience better. We have bought many homes over the years, and have had some great agents in different areas of the country. He is right at the top of the list. We highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs. He is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He will fight hard for whatever it is “YOU” need. He never comes across self serving at all.

Manny was courteous, timely, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all easy to communicate and work with from the time we interviewed him to the time we closed on the sale of our house! It was an absolute pleasure working with him and I would do so again and recommend him to any prospective home seller.

He was able to price the house properly and get it sold within a couple of weeks in a slow selling period. He helped us with appraisals, inspections, staging, photography, yard and exterior and interior cleanup, and most-importantly scheduling all of these services and reminding us of when things were to be done. A one-stop shop for mortgage selling excellence!

After selling our home, came the hard part, finding a new home to purchase. From the beginning, Manny would drop everything he was doing and respond to any inquiries I had. When I mentioned I was going to stop by an open house in the next hour or so, he contacted the realtor, obtained inspection reports and produced a comparables report for me before I even got to the open house! He was always willing to meet me for an open house or to privately view a home in my area and was accommodating of my schedule, as well as well-prepared every time.

When he helped me find my dream home, he counseled me on the comparable home prices in the area and was very involved with the listing agent and myself to come to a reasonable offer that was accepted as it was without a counter! It was an absolute pleasure working with Manny and I would purchase a home with him again and highly recommend him to any prospective home buyer.
