Manny was awesome to work with. We were out of state purchasers and were only able to come meet with him for a week. Although we didn’t find anything we were able to show him and tell him what we wanted. Over the next few months Manny did a zoom walkthrough at the houses we found interesting. He gave us his narrative and opinion on the properties based on our previous conversations. We finally decided on a house based solely on Manny’s opinion and the video walk through and pictures. Manny nailed it and got us a house that we wanted. I would recommend Manny and his team as they worked tirelessly for us and went above and beyond to make this happen

My mom and I have been looking for a place since January. Unfortunately it was just one thing after another that continued to postpone our move. It was extremely stressful and overbearing having so many tribulations. It came to a point where I had no more time left, so I contacted Manny. In just 1 day he found 5 properties available, one being a brand new house for us and was able to connect us with the broker for the property. When I was unable to get in contact with her, Manny was ALWAYS there to help. He was very persistent in contacting me daily to see how everything was going and making sure all of the delays were pushed forward in time for us to move. If it weren't for Manny, we would be homeless right now. In the hardest time of my life Manny came thru and CONCORD. I HIGHLY recommend Manny if you are looking for your dream home, he WILL find it for you! I thank him so much for what he did for us and I'm so excited for our new beginning in our new house!! :)

It was a pleasure working with Manny & Millie. They assisted us in selling my home and purchasing our dream home. Let me start by saying they took NO short cuts! They made sure my home was listed and presented well. I always pride myself in decorating my home but the pictures they took made me want to buy my own home! Needless to say we were flooded with offers, it was truly an amazing feeling!

Now purchasing a home... We were particular in what we wanted and at the same time, we weren’t quite sure. We went to see countless homes, they have the patience of a saint! When we found the right home, they found things in our contracts from the listing realtor that I’m not positive anyone else would have picked up. Overall two set of eyes are better than one! It just verified that they had my families best interest at heart!

We had very specific requirements/demands in what we were looking for and being able to find the right home to fit them seemed almost impossible within our price range. Even so, Manny was able to find the perfect home and did everything within his power to make sure we were able to obtain it. I don’t see how we could have ever managed it without him. Manny was more than helpful in finding us a house. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Manny made the nightmare that is finding a house a breeze.

Our home buying experience with Manny was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely accommodating and did everything he could to make sure we got the house that would make us happy. My husband and I live in the Tampa Bay area, and Manny was willing to drive out from Orlando anytime we found a house we wanted to see and would work around our availability with school and work. Not being from the area, Manny did extensive research to be able to speak from knowledge and provide us with as much information as possible. In addition to him catering to our schedules, Manny was so helpful in finding us a reliable and competitive lender to suit our needs. Even with all the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, Manny made sure our wants/needs were met and made us feel secure in throughout the process. He also made sure to truly inspect every home and give his honest and expert opinion to make sure we got the best home at a fair price. At the end of the process, when it came time to close, Manny continuously checked in to make sure we were prepared for our move encouraging us to utilize the free moving concierge service his company offers and he was right there with us to welcome us to our new home.
