Manuel Camacho had always had the desire to do something in real estate. He was a natural servant and put others needs before his own. He graduated high school in 2009 and thought that school was the only way to be successful. Being a first-generation college student, studying business administration, Manuel Camacho had no support to lean back on for advice or to ask the vital questions to keep him going throughout college. He ended up dropping out after 3 rough years of college and he decided to join the military. Manuel Camacho was twenty-two when he joined the U.S. Marine Corps. He was young and lost but the Marine Corps straightened him out. Manuel Camacho went through vigorous training and strengthened his ability to be a leader. After his 4 years of military service, he exited not only as a leader but as a servant leader. Manuel Camacho learned that with his natural servant attitude and now his newly exposed leadership ability he was on the right track for success.
Manuel Camacho moved to San Diego, Ca and was looking to buy a home. Being a first-time home buyer, he had no idea what he was getting himself into. He didn’t know how much money he would be needing to become a homeowner and he didn’t know all the expenses that would go along with owning a home. Manuel Camacho linked up with a few real estate agents. A few of them did not do an excellent job in exposing him to all the things about the home buying process, possibly because Manuel Camacho didn’t know the right questions to ask. However, this is where his servant leadership kicked in.
Manuel Camacho told himself right there that he was going to get his real estate license and learn the ins and outs of this industry, not only to buy him his first home, which he did. But, to help others who are potentially in the same boat Manuel Camacho was in. He felt as if these real estate agents didn’t have his best interest in mind, don’t get Manuel Camacho wrong not all real estate agents are like this but unfortunately there are those few that give real estate agents a bad name. Manuel Camacho is here to show you otherwise.
Manuel Camacho not only will be there with you throughout the process of buying or selling your home, but he will continue to be involved in your life. He wants to create a sense of family. Owning a home and or trying to sell your home can be overwhelming and that is where Manuel Camacho, “your cousin from a sixth dimension,” comes in. He wants to make it seamless for you. Manuel Camacho knows the feeling of not knowing what to ask and if he had someone there guiding him through the process with questions that made him think or giving him the knowledge, he would need to know about being a homeowner, then he may not have taken the course of being a real estate agent.
Manuel Camacho just wants you to know that whether you work together or not, he will help you create a budget, create the mindset, or just give you the support of a listening ear when it comes to you wanting to own or sell your home. Feel free to follow Manuel Camacho on social media or give him a call to just chat. He is open 24/7.
