Mr. Gallegos is currently an Associated Broker with Coldwell Banker Legacy. Manuel has extensive real estate experience as a consumer of these services and as an investor. He and his wife have purchased and sold 11 personal houses, and invested individually or with partners, in 5 other residential investment properties.
Previously Manuel served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Services for Energy Transfer Partners (ETP) from 2011 to 2015. He also served as Senior Vice President of Engineering from 2008 to 2011.
Prior to joining ETP, Manuel was President and CEO of Sierra Consulting Group, Inc.; a service company providing management consulting to the oil and gas industry. He started the company in 2005 to provide services for medium and large integrated energy firms.
Prior to starting up Sierra Consulting, Mr. Gallegos served as President and Managing Director of Gulf Liquids New River Project, LLC. He also served as Managing Director of Business Development for Williams International Company for six years.
Before joining Williams, Manuel worked for Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) for almost 18 years in a number of capacities. His experience included responsibility for asset management, financial planning, operations, and strategic planning.
Manuel is married to his lovely wife Frances and together they have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking and traveling internationally. Mr. Gallegos holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University and earned a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
