I started my career in real estate in the mid 90's. My goal, to help you achieve the dream of home ownership. I partnered with local and federal governmental agencies that provide subsidies and grants for 1st time home buyers. Through determination and perseverance, I helped many with achieve this dream. In 2003 i formed Financial Services Group, a Mortgage Lender and real estate brokerage providing affordable loans. As a real estate investor, rehabilitated many distressed properties to re-sell and also commissioned the construction of some of the most beautiful "Baby-Mansions" that Westchester (in Miami) had ever seen. After the mortgage melt down I partnered, as a Forensic Mortgage Underwriter, working with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bank of America, Citi Mortgage, Chase, Wells Fargo and other lenders to analyze non-performing mortgage backed securities from across the country in order to investigating fraud and wrongdoing, with the goal to "make mortgages safer."
