First of all, a special thanks from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful execution of finding me a beautiful condo here in New York. Mr.Manna organized a multi state move for me, collaborated with his associates in New York City, I mean talk about being connected to the right folks, I am so content and excited to be living in the city, which for a person moving from Florida is such a tough task. We purchased a home in Valrico and has the absolute pleasure of working with Manuel and April. We were relocating over 1100 miles and from the time we put an offer in to the time we arrived we were not able to be present for any of the home details. We were extremely impressed with the level of dedication and commitment to making our move a success. First off, the home inspection. Manuel and April were present for the inspection and worked with the seller to follow up on needed repairs. The pool inspection was handled the same way. As we got closer to closing Manuel and April handled the walkthrough and developed the punch list of items to correct by close. It is important to remember that we were 1100 miles away while all of this was going on. There are so many other details they followed up on I can't list them all. If you are looking for a true customer centric team that cares about doing what is right you would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not utilize Manuel and April. Our trust in them is beyond reproach and I am blessed they came into our lives.
