Manuel was born in South America, Peru to be precise, but moved to Los Angeles when he was 7 years old. He was raised in Pasadena, a city surrounded by rich historic properties, art deco buildings, and beautiful scenery. He graduated with a degree in Psychology from UC Riverside and has called West Hollywood home for the past 12 years.

His biggest loves are tennis, traveling with friends and family, the Real Housewives, going to the movies, and watching figure skating competitions! Since Manuel often becomes close friends with his clients, he can often be found going to the movies with them, grabbing dinner or drinks, or even going to the Hollywood Bowl to catch classical music. Psy-Fi movies are his favorite! And don’t get him started on UFO’s, extraterrestrial life, or the mysteries of spacetime.

Manuel’s psychology degree allows him to be able to relate to all types of people- he understands all clients are different and that they all have different needs. At the end of the day, he aims to exceed your expectations. Remember, Manuel wants to be your real estate advisor for a lifetime, not just one transaction.


He is a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Democratic party, and local tennis and dodgeball sports league. He is also a strong supporter of the Human Rights Campaign, Active Minds, Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue, GLAAD, and the Hispanic Federation.
