Marc is the man. Should be all I need to say but won’t. He is professional but also has a nice and comforting way of helping you through the whole process till the very end. I sent almost 10 people to him to buy homes and they all have said the same. Not your typical realtor, he’s a real people person and super down to earth. If you don’t buy a home from him then just go find the nearest bridge to sleep under.

I meet Marc in 2017, I was looking to buy my first home. Being new to the home buying game, I was unaware is how frustrating and stressful the process can be. Marc took the time to answer any of my question day or night, he was always available for a quick text or email. Hi knowledge extends to more than just a Realtor, as he was able to explain some of the loan process to me from his former life as a loan agent. This all help easy my stress immensely and helped me understand what to expect as well as good advice.

Skip ahead to 2021, Marc came through again in selling my home in a seller's market, his contacts helped me get top dollar for my started home, and he took care of everything, again always available day or night to answer questions through the process. Marc takes all the hassle off of you if he can and always puts you first.

In the same time frame 2021 we sold the home and also signed a contract for a new home, again Marc did all the leg work, his contacts and connections with the different Development groups meat we also got the same preferred services from the development company agents because we were working with Marc.

All in all selling and buying a new home in this time is a lot, but Marc was there to explain, do the leg work, and answer any questions I had, I felt at ease with the entire process. Marc is the go-to guy, and as you can see I have done quite a bit of business with him and will continue to in the future if needed and recommend his services to anyone, we appreciate all you have helped and one for our family to accomplish our dreams.

Marc is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He really cares about his clients. Marc is super knowledgeable and knows details about our area of St. johns county/St. Augustine. He has helped us sell and buy and he helped make the overall process simple and painless. The deals he's made on our behalf were above expectations! All around we are very happy. He is also a great communicator and gets back to us in a timely manner with the appropriate answer.
