About Marc

Marc Fitzgerald spent most of his youth in Indiana where he attended the University of Southern Indiana, earning a bachelor's degree and later attended Graduate School of Banking at UC Boulder.

Eventually, making the move to sunny Naples, Florida, Marc boasts over 20 years of real estate experience where he approaches each transaction with sound business practices and personal integrity. Marc has shown to be a top performer in the real estate profession year after year. Understanding the trends and values of real estate, Marc focuses his attention on the luxury real estate market in Naples.

Prior to his career as a REALTOR®, Marc entered the banking profession upon graduating college where he was able to help grow the bank's loan portfolio with residential and commercial lending expertise. During his banking career, he attended the Graduate School of Banking at University of Colorado and was a board member of the banks holding corporation. Marc has always had a true understanding of real estate. While in his banking career he obtained a real estate license. He began to purchase investment properties for his personal portfolio, reaching a large rental inventory before moving to Naples. Marc began frequenting Naples in 2005 and in 2010 he permanently moved his family, wife Jennifer and two sons Nathan and Alex. Marc continued his passion for real estate helping others select luxury property for investment and pleasure purposes.

Real estate continues to be Marc's passion and strives for knowledge while help customers with the right property that fits their needs. Integrity and customer service are the basis of his business.
