Marc did a great job in helping me find all the information I needed in purchasing my new house. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. 06/03/2012 - user015291 Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $675K in El Dorado Hills, CA. We found Marc extremely helpful! We had very specific needs and wants in mind, and we were fussy about which areas would be acceptable. In other words we imposed a rather difficult, if not impossible, task on him! We especially liked that he truly listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to convince us to settle or just buy in a hurry. He took his time and was extremely patient. He was also very knowledgeable and extremely prompt in answering our phone calls, so he was always available. When we found the right house for us he ensured that the purchase went through without a hitch! Totally recommendable!

We had been trying to sell our home for over 3 years, when we finally decided to relist we contacted Mark. We told him our concerns about Realtors in the pass and he really listened. He was always available when we needed him and was ready, willing and able to solve all of our problems and concerns. Our home sold in less than 3 weeks after Mark had listed it. I 'cold-called' Marc Palos from a listing I saw on Realtor.com...Marc ANSWERED that phone call..and, on that call, He became my EDH Realtor. Marc listened to my specifications..price, sq footage, area..and provided ongoing email listings of properties fitting my needs. He was easy to contact...either by text or phone..and callbacks were prompt. We 'searched' for 1 month...and he was always available to 'redefine strategy'.. or search criteria....other areas..etc... When the Right Property came up, we pounced on it..Marc Negotiated a VERY good price...and Marc worked with seller and Listing agency to write up an agreement accepted by, and embraced by all parties...and Close smoothly and efficiently.
