Born in France and raised in Colorado, my upbringing has been shaped by a blend of French and Western influences, despite relocating to the United States at a very young age.

As a real estate sales agent at Pearson Smith Realty, I have achieved significant success in assisting clients with selling or purchasing their homes. Building strong connections right from the start is crucial to me. Real estate is not just a job but a passion that I wish I had found earlier.

Following nearly a decade as an account manager in the wine industry, a sense of purpose eluded me. I found myself navigating routine without the spark of enthusiasm or fervor.

The passing of my mother in 2017 served as a poignant reminder of life's brevity and the importance of pursuing work that brings fulfillment. My aspiration shifted towards a desire to assist others.

My wife, Coco Piard, partnered with me to establish Piard Home Experts, our real estate team. Encountering a service quality gap when buying our first home motivated us to elevate the standard and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

This transition has reinvigorated my sense of purpose and commitment. Each day, I am invigorated by the prospect of overcoming new challenges and dedicated to delivering superior service to support my clients in achieving their aspirations.
