Marcel was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and professional. He was always readily available to answer my questions and resolve my concerns. I appreciate how even during the Corona virus situation going on in this world he worked hard to ensure my house was sold and that I received all money owed to me even though his portion was already paid to him.

Mr. Blanfort was beyond what I was expecting when I initially decided to purchase a home! He not only found the perfect place to fit all of my needs but he also went above and beyond to make sure that the home buying process was as smooth as possible! I really don't know how to put this out in a the simplest form but Marcel is an expert and all he does. I'm a retired Army Vet with over 22 years of service. My wife and I were having credit issues on buying our first home. We truly didn't think that we were going to buy a home. I was walking into publix and Marcel stopped and asked me hey what are 3 things you would like in your home. I replied I don't have one. He then said you're in luck I have a few homes waiting for you. He took his time to guide us thru the process on what we needed to do before talking to a lender. We followed his steps and then we were approved for a $300k VA loan.

He is the ultimate professional, him and his team will follow up with you and keep you abreast of what the next steps are. His level of knowledge is superb, his customer service skills is amazing. He even sent a mother's day card to my wife for the holiday. We can't express or thank him enough for helping my family and I on this experience. I not only gained a realtor but I now gained a family member. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home. Thank you my brother in arms.
