Working with Marcia has been eventful. Her knowledge about home buying made my experience easier. Though I had some rocky moments while in contract Marcia stayed on top of everything and everyone. The best thing about Marcia is that she didn't allow me settle for anything. If I had to go through this process again then I'll choose Marcia every time.

Marcia is very professional and down to earth .She listened to everything we wanted and applied it to our house hunting ventures.She treats you as if you’re her only client.She knows Baltimore very well and is not afraid to give her opinion when needed ; but also doesn’t discourage you from anything that you like. She basically held our hands the throughout the process to make sure we understood everything.She even found me a great lender .We really enjoyed house hunting with her.She was a GOD send helping us find our perfect home! Marcia was an exceptional realtor to work with. She made our experience as stress free as possible. She was always prompt and readily accessible when we needed her. Her professionalism is unmatched and she always present from start to finish. Even when she went on vacation she made sure we were taken care of. She is also knowledgeable about her field in general as was able to give me some tips which benefited us greatly thorughout the process. I have always been told purchasing a home can be stressful but Marcia prepared me for the different stages of the process as they a came and this certainly helped to ease any fears or anxiety that may have arose. I would recommend her without reservation!

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Marcia was a great realtor from day one. Marcia initially came to our home to get a understanding of what we were looking for, where and what our price range would be. Marcia immediately started sending us homes with our criteria. Marcia even started sending us homes that we would have never thought about looking at. In fact the home we ended up falling in love with was not on our list. Marcia knew what the going sales prices were in the area where we purchased and she was able to negotiate a fair selling price with the seller. Marcia helped us through the entire process never missing a beat. Even when we ran in to a couple problems with the initial lender we chose, she helped us find a new lender ASAP. Marcia communicated with us almost everyday giving us any updated from the seller and asking if we had any updates or concerns regarding the lending process. Im so happy we chose Marcia and EXP Realty. Im would highly recommend her services.

We interviewed 5 potential agents to sell our Baltimore home. Marcia arrived for her interview professionally dressed and prepared with comps (great comps that emphasized my property value and didn't undervalue for a quick sale), a plan of action and milestones, and most of all, she had ENERGY. After our first meeting, it took us 3 weeks to prepare the home for the big move and make necessary repairs. During that time, Marcia networked with the other agents that it was coming soon. And we received a Full Price Offer on the FIRST DAY!
As we had left town, Marcia handled everything from inspections to repairs. She was extremely responsive and courteous to our Buyers. She provided daily texts/calls to keep me informed, and we trusted her every step of the way. She is the ultimate professional.
I've always said that one should never compromise on a good divorce lawyer or a great realtor - and Marcia is a Great One.

I was so fortunate to have found Marcia when we decided to invest in real estate. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as I searched for the perfect investment property.

In short, she was always on my side working to make my investment purchase as simple and successful as possible.
