Marcia was incredible and made the process of being a first time home-buyer as stress free as possible. We were out of town residents on a strict budget. Marcia adapted to our needs and and video chatted us at every house we viewed. Marcia was so amazing and we built so much trust in her, we ended up buying to home without ever stepping foot inside of it prior to our offer being accepted. We cannot thank Marcia enough all that she did for us!

Marcia was a fantastic realtor. She made the selling process surprisingly relaxing. I was on a short timeline to sell my house so I could use the money for a down payment where I was moving but also needed to find someone willing to rent my place back to me until it was time for me to officially move. Despite all the requests I had, Marcia made the process seamless. When repairs came up on inspection, she worked with the buyer realtor and the Condo Association so that the buyer and I did not have to stress about anything. I highly recommend Marcia if you are looking for someone who knows the area well and will be available at all times to meet your needs.
