Marcia Logan

Originally form the island of Jamaica and from a very humble beginning, Marcia first migrated to New Jersey 1987 in search of a better life. Her dreams were to get a college education, obtain a good job, and help take care her family. Marcia started Camden County Junior college in New Jersey while she struggled to hold two jobs to make ends meet. Not long after, she met the love of her life, Henry Logan, who later became a top producer Realtor. They got married in 1994 and moved to the state of Texas with their three sons. Still determined to finish college, Marcia matriculated in Houston Baptist University and graduated in 1999 with a 'Bachelor degree in Biology/Psychology. After which, she trained to become a classroom teacher because of her love of education and her great desire in helping others to learn. She taught for ten years in LCISD. While teaching full time, Marcia enrolled in the University of Houston and obtained her Master's degree in Educational Management in 2004. This profound knowledge coupled with her hard work and perseverance has provided Marcia with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations and educating home-buyers and sellers. Marcia has been working in Texas real estate for approximately 15 years and is a Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE) and a certified Veteran Land Board (VLB) agent. She is also a proud member of our Hometown Heroes. Marcia's clients often describe her as knowledgeable, detail-oriented, proactive, caring, helpful, and fun to be around.
