A resident of Orange County since 2003, Marcie Friedman has developed a deep-rooted mastery of the area’s most prestigious residential markets. Having lived in many different regions of the country prior, she understands better than anyone the art of relocation — a fact that gives her a unique specialty while serving the market’s most discerning clientele.
Marcie attacks challenges with in-depth market knowledge, honed technical expertise, incredible creativity, and intense energy. From finding the most advantageous school systems for children to identifying the sort of social environment a client desires, Marcie is renowned for her unmatched attention to detail and her strong negotiating skills. These attributes allow her to serve her clients with finesse, assist them in finding their dream homes, and maximize the results on the sale of their property, all while being part of their journey and helping them accomplish their goals.
Marcie works directly with Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County, whose mission is to end hunger in the community. With the help of volunteers like Marcie, Second Harvest provides wholesome food and fresh produce to more than 250,000 children, seniors, and families every month. She also volunteers for the Breast Cancer Research Center and the Marbella Access Committee, which supports community safety and integrity.
When Marcie is not working, you will find her playing tennis, working out, enjoying the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
