Marcile and her family have lived and worked here in Beautiful & historic Mobile AL most of their whole lives. Marcile has been married for 38 years to Mark Sims, the Man that swept me off my feet. They have two grown sons Austin , a graduate of USA, Graphic Designer / Marketing Director for a large HVAC distributer in Loxley Colton , Director of finance at Palmers Toyota in Mobile (married to daughter in law, Allyson , an RN at the Infirmary) and one daughter Marci Sims Stephens, an auburn graduate with a PR degree (married to our son in law Ross Stephens an Auburn graduate who is blessed to work at Chickfila Corporates office. ) and they blessed us with the prettiest, smartest , funniest baby granddaughter ever born, Cameron Faye—who’s about to turn two and is truly the light of all of our lives at the moment, of course ! Lastly we have a four-legged baby girl , a spoiled rotten Maltichon puppy, EllaKate
Marcile was Born & raised in the Deep South (Aiken , SC). When Marcile was 10 yrs old her Dad became a Baptist Preacher & they moved around a whole lot, like every year!! Marcile landed in Mobile, AL in 1975. Marcile went to a Cosmetology School right after high school and worked as a hair-stylist & makeup artist until she met her husband, a native Mobilan- love at first sight , got married and the kids started coming along so Marcile became a "Domestic Goddess" AKA maid , housekeeper and taxi service for her husband and two boys from 1986-1993. About that time Marcile took a short lived stab at working retail hours with a growing family and active sons, Marcile partnered with Estée Lauder as a makeup artist, which is where she discovered her true passion was in helping people make good choices when purchasing. After her baby girl showed up in the summer of 1994, Marcile returned home again until she started school. Born with a massive amount of grit and an unstoppable drive combined with a high sense of urgency & an entrepreneurial spirit, Marcile was always working a part time gig or peddling something on the side even while home bound.
So, when Marcile jumped back into the workforce, she chose sales & her God-given calling to be a Realtor! Marcile had found the career for her! Helping others turn their dreams into reality is such a rewarding feeling. It’s maddeningly busy most days but everyday is different and the variety of that keeps Marcile on her toes and the adrenaline pumping for sure. Marcile truly learns something new each day and she gets to really help clients write chapters in their life stories.
So, after 14 years in the business solo, God brought two powerful forces together in the spring of 2014, Karen Singleton and Marcile formed Synergy Realty Group , LLC at Keller Williams Realty Mobile. Marcile’s main goal in partnering together was to bring to Mobile a top rated listing presentation and launch of every home they presented to the Mobile Market and to provide clients with a fantastic, fun experience, even in the midst of
